Pecan Hill is 4km out of the town and off the main road and offers a true country experience with peace and tranquillity.  

The Bed & Breakfast has four spacious guest rooms. Three rooms have Queen size beds, the fourth has twin beds (or King size). Each room has its own ensuite. The rooms are tastefully furnished and look out into natural woodland filled with native birds (also our Alpaca's and Sheep!). All have glass sliding doors that access the wide verandah, carpet, reverse cycle air-conditioning, overhead fan, electric blankets and tea/coffee making facilities. We have a large comfortable guest lounge with TV/VCR/DVD, player piano, library, log fire and air-conditioning. Continental, Cooked Breakfast and Evening meals (by arrangement) are served in the dining area. The pool is surrounded by gardens, paved areas and a pergola. As an adults retreat we do not cater for children or pets.

The Hickory Tree Cafe is open for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on Saturday and Sundays (10.30am to 5.00pm). It has excellent views of the Avon Valley, the vineyard and our Pecan grove. Being fully licensed and having our own range of Wines and Pecan Liqueurs which are available for sampling and purchase.
